Date / day conditional formatting

Hi

I need some guidance regarding conditional formatting :

Column A has dates
Column B has days

I want in column C to highlight every Wednesday. How shall I put that conditional formatting.

Column B has days...That could mean several Things...lookup WEEKDAY()
