Help with Trading Log File -index match and counts?

Hello everyone - hoping to get some help on a little trading log I'm working on.

The section I need help with is in the "Summary" tab where I would like the columns to look in the "Trading Log" tab and grab the appropriate data. I have comments in each column that I'm stuck on.

Column D, I need to count how many trades I've made for the entire calendar date that's in column B.

Column E and F are a little tricky because I need it to see if given the entire calendar date, how many trades resulted in a profit or loss. We can lookup column K in the "Trading Log". If positive, it's a profit.

Column H: Need to look at all the trades for the entire calendar date and sum up column M in "Trading Log" tab.

Finally, as a bonus, if anyone can figure out how to calculate the % gain or loss for the entire calendar date, that would be fantastic!

Please let me know if I can clarify anything and I really appreciate your help in this.
