Ranking

Hi guys,

I wondered if any guru knew the formula for a ranking column, where you might have the same number in another column and the rest of the columns adjust to that order. So basically if you have 10 columns and two have the same number the columns reflect 1 - 9 with two people on 2. It's basically for a trivia night where scores may be similar and on the same number of points.
