Highlight rows

[JFLAT]

I have a spreadsheet where i would like to highlight two rows at the same time, by setting one cell active.
There are two relations which can be used how to select which two rows should be highlighted:

1) When SUM of two cells in Column D =140, the respective two cell's rows for should be highlighted
2) I want row 5 and 15 to be highlighted if I activate any cell in rows 5 and 15
row 6 and 16 to be highlighted if I activate any cell in rows 6 and 16
row 7 and 17 to be highlighted if I activate any cell in rows 7 and 17
...
...
finally row 10 and 20 to be highlighted if I activate any cell in rows 10 and 20
