I have a 1000 Row excel data sheet with client names.
One column is for : " Title" and the other column is "Role"
I am looking to make it so if Column Titile Row 3 says " DSD" then Column Role Row 3 says "Dentist"
And I'm looking for a rule that would be easily applied to 1000 clients.
I have NO idea how to do VBA

What about all the other cells in the Role column? Are they currently empty? Assuming you want them to stay the same and your data begins in row 2 and Title is in D and Role is in E
In an empty column (i.e. K2 copied down)

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
