Increment Cell Reference By X In Excel

Hello all,
I have a cell A1 with formula : " =COUNTIF(B6:XX,"1")" and i have another Cell K1 with value "30"(but there is a formula which gives this value. I need to replace "XX" by B6+30 which will finally count from "B6:B36".

I badly need to complete this soon.
