Change the positive sign to negative sign in Pivot Table

Hello everyone,

I just wonder if there is a way I can make the positive sign to a negative sign in the Pivot table? I cannot change the original resource as it is link to other worksheet created for other purpose.

Hi Jackson,

I can only imagine what you are talking about without an example. That being said I think you want to use Calculated Item to turn something to negative in the pivot, when you can't change the original data.
