How zero cell data by evaluting a date

My original data has information in monthly buckets throughout the year. How could I zero monthly data after an end date (column B)? In the attached example, B3 has an end date 10/31/20. I want to zero all of the data in 11/20 and 12/20. Also, if the end date is blank, I want to do nothing.

I listed how the data should look below the example in the attachment for ref.

First, format your dates in row 2 to actual dates (end of month, e.g. 1/31/2020, 2/29/2020, etc.). You can do this manually or via a formula, and then format the cells to just display mm/yyyy.

Then, in C3 and filled right/down, you can use the following. Replace the reference to C16 with your actual formula before filling right/down.

Alternatively, you could use the first of the month and adjust the second formula accordingly.
