Join cells until adjacent cell value changes

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some help with the example data set attached. I'm trying to layout the data horizontally based on the adjacent cell being the same and then dropping down a row when the cell changes to the left as opposed to listing it out vertically.

I don't mind whether the data is split by cell or comma, as long as it's going horizontally rather than vertically down.

Hopefully the attached makes more sense as I'm not doing a good job at explaining!

Using these array formulas in E4 and F4 and filled down should work. To confirm array formulas you must press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER, not just ENTER.
