Identifying text entries from a list, in a cell containing a text string

I need to identify and extract specific phrases from a large number of cells, where each cell contains a muddled list of attributes, separate by semicolons (it's an export from a database). The extracted phrases each come from a list, and I need to insert the phrase from each list by formula into their appropriate columns. Not every cell with text string will have a phrase for each column. See attached worksheet.

Can you help me build the formula for the answer (cells filled with colour).

Please try the following in cell D9:

Once the formula is entered into cell D9, drag the fill handle down to cell D10 and, while D9:D10 are still selected, over to cell H10
Conditional formatting could be applied to D9:H10 so that the font color of cells with a value of zero is set to white.
