Using Index & Match to find ovedue customers by account number & branch

I have a workbook called "Turnovers and if overdue.xlsx" and a workbook called Debtors overdue.xlsm


I have tried to set up an index and match formula in Col F to see which customers are in 90 days on the "Turnovers and if overdue.xlsx" and get #N/A!

It would be appreciated if someone could kindly assist me
