Add 60 or 90 days according to year with IF

Hi All,

I am creating a maternity register & wish to do the followings to the column E (Date Return to work):
From column D4 (Date Start) IF year is above 2018, then add 90 days, otherwise/anything below 2018 add 60 days.

how to achieve the Date Return to work by looking at the year entered from the column D4 (start date)?
