ADD cell M2 N2 in Macro

Hi my friends..

In this file Replace.xlsm, macro replace "To Be Tested" with "Not Tested".
I try to replace "To Be Tested" with cell M2 and "Not Tested" with cell N2, but not work.

One idea pls...

In future i want to change content of cell M2 and N2 with word or numbers..
