Delete Data of a Table and Keep the columns headers

Hello,

I am using excel on Mac and using tables for the first time and I would really appreciate answers to some of the questions below :

1- Is there a function that deletes the data range of a Table and keeps the headers ( without deleting the headers) ?

2- Is it possible to import data from another excel file and fill in the data range of a table ( source a normal excel file and target the excel file with table ) ?

3- Worksheet with two sheets :

- sheet 1 : table 1

- sheet 2 : table 2

is it possible to fill in Table 2 columns with data (columns) from Table 1 using structured reference ?

You can not delete any data from a Pivot Table as is not possible with a formula.
