Combine VLOOKUP HLOOKUP and MIN MAX

Hello guys, I really need helps on combining lookup, max, and lookup maybe.

On T2 I want the output to be Ang_3 because it has 5 as the maximum value from B2:S2. And so on for T6 it will be Ang_9 because it has 25 as the max value from B6:S6.
