Multiple Cell Formula in one Cell.

Hello,

I am having difficulties creating a formula (I'm not even sure it's possible, but hoping). I need the O column to return 'GROW' when both Columns M & N are green. But if either cell is Yellow, I need O to return HOLD. Then finally if Either Cell is RED I need O to return 'REDUCE'. Is this possible?
