Lookup for the last 2nd value

Hi,

I am trying to populate a date in column K when the last 2nd "A" or "A-T" or "AST" hits the specific date. (example#1: row 10 - based on last 2nd "A", result is 4/6. example#2: row 11 - based on last 2nd "A", result is 4/9).

My formula is not getting the result I want.
