Conditional Formatting Rule Triggered by 1 Specific Cell

Hey everyone - I'm hoping that this is something that can be done.

I would like to have cells in a specific column highlighted via conditional formatting rules ONLY IF another cell has a specific word in it.

IE:

Highlight all cells in column A that are <100 IF cell B1 says "pickles". If B1 doesn't have pickles in it, then no cells are lighted in Column A.

I'm drawing a blank on this! Thank you!

with your numbers in column A and the magic word in B1, try the rule using a formula:
=AND(A1<100,$B$1="pickles")
