Formula for Wednesdays & Sundays in 2021

Hi I am looking a way to bring in dates for 2021 in an excel sheet. I need only Sundays and Wednesdays though. Sunday to wednesday is then three days and wednesday to sunday is 4 days. I can take one cell and add 3 and then the wednesday cell and add 4 but is there an easier way? Sorry I am not so good with excel. I have added a pic to try to show what I mean. So. is Sunday and Mi. is Wednesday. I am in Germany

    Thanks in advance

    First change 03.01.2021 to 03/01/2021 dd/mmm/yyyy
    then use formula =int(b2+3)
    Suppose your dates from "B2"

In A2 copied down (leave A1 blank):

    =WORKDAY.INTL(MAX(A1,DATE(2021,1,1)),1,"1101110")
