Number start with same and end with same numeber

Hi Super Experts,
I need formula which start with same number and end with same number and it will not out of 1000, each number gape will be 111 muber.

for example:
347
458
569
670
781
892
903
14
125
236
347

number start with 347 and end with 347, it is not going over 1000, hope experts understand what is my thought.
