    Conditionally Calculate sum of percentages with completion rate

    I have tasks list which has which has its completion percentage in Column G. These tasks have parent tasks, sub parent tasks and child tasks. They are represented as MP(Master Parent), SP(Sub Parent) and C(Child) in column A. Now I want to calculate

    1) Sum of %age of All tasks with completion >0% and <100% of SP(Sub parent)
    2) Count of All tasks with completion >0% and <100% of SP(Sub parent)

    How can i do this, please help, attached is sheet

    Try this:

    =SUMIFS($G$2:$G$184,$G$2:$G$184,">"&0,$G$2:$G$184,"<"&1)

    =COUNTIFS($G$2:$G$184,">"&0,$G$2:$G$184,"<"&1)

    Thank you AliGW for your answer... but i think this formula is calculating for all tasks, i need calculations for only those tasks which have SP mentioned in Column A, can you please check

    Just add another criterion:

    =SUMIFS($G$2:$G$184,$G$2:$G$184,">"&0,$G$2:$G$184,"<"&1,$A$2:$A$184,"SP")

    =COUNTIFS($G$2:$G$184,">"&0,$G$2:$G$184,"<"&1,$A$2:$A$184,"SP")

    This formula returns 33.7, is it a number or percentage? because when i change formate to percentage it is becomes 3371%Attachment 681877

    Change it to this:

    =SUMIFS($G$2:$G$184,$G$2:$G$184,">"&0,$G$2:$G$184,"<"&1,$A$2:$A$184,"SP")/100
