I'm in a knot on a simple concept.
I have a Line of Credit facility. Each month there are drawdowns, and each month the loan outstanding increases. In some months sales are greater then the debt facility. How do I create a formula to 'split' the sales revenue so that the first portion of sales revenue pays the line facility to $0, and then the surplus funds is retained?

I think if you paste this formula into D24, and then insert a blank column to the left of column D so the formulas are trying to evaluate the text in column C (generates errors), this should work.
=IF((E20-D25-E23)>0,-D25-E23,-E20) Note - the cell references are to D and E because I inserted a new column D. I have also attached your modified spreadsheet so you can see it evaluates to the examples you provided.
