Array Formula to only retrieve dates within a specific year range

Hello - I'm trying to create this formula so that instead of having to have an extra column with just the year extracted, the formula just looks for that year in the first column. Please see attached workbook.

Table 1 = 3 columns
[start] [year start] [end]

In cell F5, I have the following formula:

Instead of the "$F$3=Table1[year start]", I would like to get rid of the [year start] column and just automatically search the [start] column for days that are in that specified range.

I tried doing year($F$3) but that didn't do me anything.
