Matching cells to return a division of a value based on the number of cell matched

I'm trying to find a formula to identify the shipment type and allocate the correct shipping fee.

On top of that, i need to identify those with the same order number as the shipping fees are split among them.
Standard postage = $2
Company A Postage = $10
Company B Postage = $10

If there are 2 items in 1 order number, fee is split at $5 each.
If there are 3 items in 1 order number, fee is split at $3.33 each.

Order Item Id Item Shipment Type Shipping Fee
1000000000001 Apple Standard Postage $2.00
2000000000002 Apple Company A: Postage with Tracking $3.33
2000000000002 Orange Company A: Postage with Tracking $3.33
2000000000002 Pear Company A: Postage with Tracking $3.33
3000000000003 Mango Company A: Postage with Tracking $10.00
4000000000004 Peach Company B: Postage with Tracking $10.00
5000000000005 Apple Company B: Postage with Tracking $5.00
5000000000005 Peach Company B: Postage with Tracking $5.00
