Generating a Report From Zoom that will automatically replace data when entered in a table

    Hello,

I was recently asked to generate a report from zoom meetings.

In zoom, many people will call in and when I get the zoom report there is a mix names & phone numbers.

The end goal would be to take the reports I receive and once I paste the data into a table it will automatically change those phone numbers in names.

The other issue is often times people will abbreviate their name. For attendant uses "J Smith" his full name is John Smith. My goal is be able to track the amount of times an attendant as participated in the webinar. ( I've got this part figured out, I just need some assistance streamlining this process rather than manually going and changing each name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please see the yellow banner at the top and attach a good sample file. Your Ver says "Newest Version". Is that 365 or 2019?
