Conditional formatting Text

I have text containing refund in Col A eg Refund-Bulk


I would like to set up containing formatting to highlight the text in red and as Columns A:D where "Rfund" appears in Col A, but cannot get it to work

I have attached sample data and manually highlighted this


It would be appreciated if someone could assist me
