Help with searching/matching with formula

I'm looking to write a formula that allows me to search and identify if a cells value/text on one sheet exists, from another sheet, BASED UPON a text value in the column adjacent. See below:

I am looking to identify if the text value in B10 exists, based upon the title in A10, in another sheet. i.e. search for "value in B10" with the condition of the text "value in A10," within another sheet. Current formula worked to identity, but I was not able to figure out how to add the condition that it must search based upon what is in A10 as well. It was an =IF(COUNTIF(....,...,...), "exists","Does Not Exist") style.

Sounds like you need COUNTIFS.
