    Lookup With Multiple Column in Table

    hi all..

    i have a table contains data index with "models", "dashboard" as header
    how to lookup score based on header criteria.
    please, check my attachment file
    any help, greatly appreciated

    Try this...
    =INDEX($F$6:$K$6,MATCH(F10,F5:K5,0))

    Firstly removed merged cell in row 4 & mentioned models & dashboard in respective blank cell.
