Creating Flexible Rent Roll

Hello all,

I am attempting to create a monthly rent roll. My problem is that the lease terms for my tenants do not begin on the beginning of the months, for example, instead of 06/01/20 their lease commencement is 06/08/20. I wanted to make a create a rent roll that shows the total rent for each month with respects to changing lease terms within the month. I have tried to replicate this video: "Real Estate Modeling - Capturing Multiple Tenants With Different Leases," but that index formula does not work because my lease dates are not at the beginning of the month. Hi AliGW, thank you for the welcome. I included that in case anyone wanted to get more context on where I got my formulas. The index formula would work great with this workbook if my dates fell on the start of each month, but they don't - how would I go about fixing that?
