You need to provide an example that shows the product code desired based on the board thickness in I3. How is the vlookup results in L6 related to the chart with the yellow banner?

when i select I3 from 0.350 to 0.500 this would refer to all the codes with 0.7 in the D15:D19

from 0.550 to 1.000 would refer to all the codes with 1.0 in D23:D26

then 1.100 to 1.500 would refer to all the codes with 1.5 in D29:D38

then 1.200 to 0.500 would refer to all the codes with 2.0 in D39:D52

hope I've explained ok, the next think would be to arrive at a crease height, per code but with think about this after

Well, since there are multiple prod codes per returned channel width, you can use:

    as in T12:T28.
    The formula

in M6 is used to find the value in O13:R13 in the same column as the returned lookup value in L6.

    This is fantastic thank you.

Another question I want to work out the crease height per board calliper per product code

This is worked out with a start height at 23.80 - the board from the drop down - the value in column D

    Thanks again for your help
