Formula to sum values in a range that meet certain condition

I need someone to help me please!!!

I need a formula (other than the regular SUM) to sum the cells within a range that meet a certain condition.

On the file enclosed, for example, on row 8, to sum the number of business days from Apr-20 to Jul-20 for project A, a simple formula like this one would do it:

But I need to apply the same formula to all projects. Hence using the whole range of values (columns B to M on the worksheet) is necessary. Then the condition would be different on each case (depending on the Start date and End date).
