Index Match Match for pricing matrix not working

Hi All,

I am just doing an Index Match Match for a pricing matrix and I can't get it to work as intended.

The matrix is just compares length by width to get a price. When I put a dimension in lower than my smallest size all I get is NA and when put in a size larger than my biggest allowable size it still comes up with a price.

The formula is as follows: =INDEX(B5:C18,MATCH(A2,A5:A18,1),MATCH(B2,B4:C4,1))
