Conditional formatting using formula

    Conditional formatting using formula

    What formula should I use to compare A3 to J3, B3 to K3, C3 to L3 etc until I3 to R3.

    If the cell value is the same it should highlight it in green. Same as in the example to the right in the excel sheet.

    CF formula in T3:

    =A3=J3

    Apply to whole range

    Hi,

    I added the formula for the area I want it to highlight but it's not working.

    In the set up values in the YO (orange) part it does correct comparison with and highlights in green correctly but not in the YS (green) part.
