2 conditional formats for 2 sets of cells needed

    WS attached

This might be a little tricky as there are 2 levels to what’s needed. I tried to do this in conditional formatting however when I attempted to identify different groups of cells, it wouldn’t let me do it so I must have entered it incorrectly.
    1. I need a formula or conditional formatting that will highlight specific cells in RED whenever the same text appears in these cells 4 or more times.
    2. I have 4 specific cells that when the same text appears 2 or more times in any of the 4 cells and/or an additional set of specific cells, it will highlight those cells in RED.

From the WS, I have 12 sections.

For #1 from above, the cells that need to be highlighted in RED if text is 4 or more time are:
    C6:C15, E6:E15, G6:G15, I6:I15, C21:C30, E21:E30, G21:G30, I21:I30, C28, E38, G38, I38

For #2 from above, the 4 cells that will trigger a red highlight if entered 2 or more times in any of either these main 4 cells or these additional specific cells are:
    Main 4 cells to trigger are: C32, E32, G32, I32

The additional specific cells to compare against these main 4 cells for duplicates of 2 are the same cells from #1 and are:
    C6:C15, E6:E15, G6:G15, I6:I15, C21:C30, E21:E30, G21:G30, I21:I30, C28, E38, G38, I38

Re: 2 conditional formats for 2 sets of cells needed

Okay, #1 is pretty easy to understand. If 4 or > values appear anywhere under the specific Section headers, turn those cells Red.

It's the second part of #2 that my brain is having trouble with.
If 2 or more of those 4 cells contains the same value, then turn them red OR
if there is a single additional value from any of those 4 cells also under the individual section areas, turn those cells red.

    Is that correct?

    yes correct.

Want the 4 cells to turn red if 2 or more of them have same value or if one of the 4 cells value matches the value from the other sections listed.

Okay, tried doing this with non=congruous ranges but Excel didn't like that. Back to the drawing board
