    Index-Aggregate search on multiple columns

    good morning
I got stuck with the index-aggregate formula which, as you can see from the attached file,
when I change from the drop-down menu A2 and choose another Region other than Liguria,
in column C City the names are wrong.
    Thank you

Re: Index-Aggregate search on multiple columns

    Hi,

In column C in have put in new formula using "Hlookup" function.
I suggest you to use this, as this is simple.
I hope you will find this useful.

Re: Index-Aggregate search on multiple columns

    Please try at B2

    =INDEX(Elenchi!B2:I2,MATCH($A$2,Elenchi!$B$1:$I$1,))&""

    Data validation list should be
    =Elenchi!$B$1:$I$1

Re: Index-Aggregate search on multiple columns

    Thank you guys...Hi Bo
and I was trying to solve with index-aggregate
    instead it was simpler.

The 2 solutions are fine and, for the drop-down menu,
leaving the name Regioni just put them in column A
Elenchi sheet with the same order as row 1
    Thank yo
