Reference named ranges in ‘master sheet’

    Hi all,

I’ve searched through the forum for what I need but can’t find exactly what I want. Does anyone know how to do the following?

I have 40 sheets containing orders for 40 of our stores. Each sheet gets added to daily, as new orders come in. Is there a way to collate all the info on all 40 sheets, into one master sheet? The master sheet needs to be able to be sorted. I’d rather not use vba if possible.

Nothing will get added to the summary sheet. It will just be a summary of the other sheets, with the orders sorted by date.

    Thanks in advance

    Lee

You cannot add new sheets and have Excel know that data from that sheet needs to be added to a mastersheet without using VBA.

Thank you so much! In that case it looks like vba is the way to go. Would the data be live? Our spreadsheet is online and multiple users can be adding orders at the same time. Ideally it would update real-time.

    Thanks
