Show the value which is 3 cells up from the match

    Hello all,

I have used a formula to match a record with a target cell and then show the value which is 3 cells up from the match using index.

It keeps throwing up an error and i'm stuck as to why. Please see attached example and help would be appreciated

    How about
    =INDEX(H5:J5,MATCH(D7,H7:J7,0))
