    Help with vlookup or similar

    Hi, The problem: I have a long list of numbers ranging from 1-13. These 13 numbers appear scattered in a long list of 75 numbers.
    I can count the number of appearances each of the 13 numbers has occurred. appearance by total appearances i.e.
    1
    6
    8
    Trouble is there are some different numbers that have appeared the same amount of times, i.e. #1 has appeared 9 times as has number 6. #3 has appeared 6 times as well as #9 and also #11
    So I have now:
    1
    6
    5
    8
    3
    9
    11

    I want to show the list of the range of 1-13 numbers in order of most showings to least showings, but can't figure how to do it. Of course suggestions welcome preferably without macro.

    In E4, COUNTIF need to be added a very small value of the row number like this:

    Then in G4 to get the value in descreasing order:
