    Lookup then traffic lights

    Hi All,

    Im trying to build a dashboard which shows green, red, amber & grey based of text. I cant seem to get it to work. any tips?

    Ive tried conditional format & customer number with a indexmatch search but it didnt turn out right.

    I have a list like this..

    name testing approval review
    p1 completed not started at risk
    p2 WIP completed At risk
    p3 at Risk WIP WIP
    and the result i need is ...

    Name Testing Approvals Reviews
    P1
    p2
    p3

    Icon sets work on numbers, not text.

    There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

    EDIT: I've attached a workaround with a LOOKUP formula in an adjacent column that has an icon set applied to it. Hope this helps.
