Index Match using multiple criteria

Hi All,

I need to be able to use a form of index match relying on certain criteria within my data set

Criteria: Composite Ratings, maturity year, industry, and Sector

I need to have the formula lookup all values from the data set that have the exact matching criteria (together). This is for use in a spreadsheet to determine bonds similar based off of certain criteria

Attached is a file with a few rows of data and what I need displayed. The columns to the right show where I am pulling matching data and below there is the resulting values. These values all had the same matching criteria within them (2023, BBB, Industrial, and Corp) just as an example.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

How could this be changed to give all results that match the exact criterias together not just based off of the cusip. And what would that P1 be pulling?
