Conditional Format Needed to highlight based on matching text in certain cells

I need a conditional format that will highlight in red, any duplicate text entries but only based on text from any one of 4 main cells.
The 4 main cells are: C38, E38, G38, I38
The bulk cells to compare are: C6:C15, C21:C32, C38, E6:E15, E21:E32, E38, G6:G15, G21:G32, G38, I6:I15, I21:I32, I38
These 4 main cells are the ones that will have unique text in each of them. If any of these 4 cells match text with each other or if any one of the four cells match text from the bulk cells then both matching cells will highlight in red.

Well, there are..
ABC, DEF, GHI, JKL from the columns. these are already with conditional formatted in red should it found any duplicate values.
