Remove the tables descriptions and blank rows for range of cells

Hi,

I have got a range of cells with tables

How do I remove the tables descriptions and blank row to only display the values as required in a table format.

I have attached spreadsheet to make the input and the results more clearer.

I have done this manually, but the actual spreadsheet has large number of rows, so thought that using some if & array functions etc the process might be simpler then doing manually.
