Help with Formula to calculate the basket total and add commission

Dear All

I was hoping someone can help me with a formula: I have attached an example excel sheet to illustrate what I Want to achieve
In the attached file I need to create a formula so that:

group all the same order names and sum the product price for that order, and then *1.9% and add .2

so for example for order name #1333 it should add all the product prices for #1333 (i.e.b7:b13) then multiply the sum by 1.9% and then add 0.2 to the answer. Basically the order names with the same value is one basket and what I need to do is sum the product prices for that basket and multiply it by 1.9% and add 0.2 for each basket.

This is to calculate the commission we are being charged: 1.9% per transaction + 20p per basket, and my actual file has over 800 lines and some of them have same Order name which means it is all in one basket and I only have to add the 0.2 to a basket total and not for each line. I have highlighted each basket with different colours in my attached sheet.

Im not sure this needs a Formula or Pivot
