Extract List with Formulas

Hi all, need help to extract list with formulas:

The following is a chart showing the number of new SKUs and cumulative number of SKUs launched by a company over the months:

What I would like to do is to attach data labels below it showing the name of the new SKUs launched for each month. Please see attached Excel file.

Thank you so much Bo_Ry, you are a real master! Works perfectly in my sample worksheet!

I have a humble request.

In my actual worksheet, there is an Index column before the Launch Date column and few more columns in between Launch Date and Brand columns. Is it possible to modify the formula?
