    Goal seek: How to set the "to value" to be a number in a cell and not a value

    I would like to set a value for all of column H and I want the value in column D to change based on the set value in column H. I am using the goal seek feature but I'd like to create a macro where I can just type out a value in a cell on the sheet and have goal seek run automatically based on that number instead of having to repeat goal seek in each cell on column H many times for different values. Thank you in advance for reading and please let me know if I can clarify anything!

    If what you want to derive is Input value and Target level refers to % Left, then
    E8 = ($I$4*46000+G8-D8)/4400
