Multiple if statement / run formula . Help needed

Hi all,

I trying to find a way to improve my excel sheet and make it more automated.

Here is my question,

Let's say I have the following table where I enter my data

The value of cell D is obtained by running an sumif.
The data its going through is the following

What I am trying to do is , let's say A1 ='A' and B1=' SEMI(JOE)' , run the following formula " =500+((C1-12.5)*50))".

Can someone guide me ?
