Date YYYYMMDD does not show up as YYYYMMDD when referenced in formula

I am creating a unique meeting ID we need to use internally in the office.
I have a formula where I want the date to show up as YYYYMMDD when referenced in a formula as attached in the screenshot but 20200721 is showing up as 44033 when referenced.
can someone assist so that the meeting ID would show up as COMPANY ID, TEAM, REGION, DATE (For example, JP3560800009 FI JAPAN 20200721)
    Thank you.

    Hi,
    use the TEXT function:

    =cell&cell&TEXT(C2,"YYYYMMDD")
