Drop Down choices should reflect choices

So I have 4 sheets involved.

The first sheet (Testing Info) has three drop-downs...but this will actually be two. So I'm only concerned with the first and last one. They are not dependent.

On that first sheet (Testing Info) where the drop downs are, when a choice is made, it's supposed to cause ids to change in the second sheet (Results). (ID's WILL be part of the second sheet (Results) and will be hidden fields). A user is at this stage supposed to enter student info in to to this sheet. ID's are not there yet in that Result sheet but they are meant to replace almost all those other hidden fields. There are many hidden fields now.

The 3rd and 4th sheet (Location and Tests) have the data that is associated with the ID's. (meaning, the data is not simply to the right of the ID's in the same sheet)

I hope someone can help with this. Very little experience with Excel.

You will notice that when you change the drop down in the first sheet ('Test Info'..in the 'Results' tab..(if you unhide the columns in Results tab)...
they change depending on drop-down.

If I correctly understand the intent then I believe that a table connecting the ID's to the Fire Department and Standard is needed (as modeled on Sheet1).
