    Predictive Cycle Schedule

    I am trying to setup a predictive maintenance schedule for some tooling. The schedule will be based on listed maintenance cycles and the month the service due will be based on the average monthly cycles. For example, if Tool fixture B has 9,500 cycles on it now, and it is used 5,000 cycles monthly, what months will service be due. In my file, I am using the first of the month as a guideline, and if the tool is forecast to need service that month, it is highlighted.

    In my file I have the same table of values three times to show my goal. The first table is all of the data which is just cumulative cycles. The second table shows the same values, except only for the months that the service will be due. The third is just a visual flag.

    I am my description of what i am trying to accomplish makes sense.

    Thank you in advance for your guidance.

    Thanks for the feedback. I have updated my profile as requested.

    We are still rocking MS 2010 at Work where most of my tinkering is going to happen.

    You may try conditional formatting applies to E6:O11

    =MOD(E6+$C6/2,$D6)<=$C6/2

    or formula at E15

    =IF(MOD($B15+$C15*COLUMNS($E15:E15)+$C15/2,$D15)<=$C15/2,$B15+$C15*COLUMNS($E15:E15),"")

    Re: Predictive Cycle Schedule

    Wow. That pretty much does exactly what I want. I can tweak it to replace the value with "Service" or whatever value is needed. Thank you so much for the rapid help!
