conditional formatting across sheets

Hi,
I don't know if this is possible, but does anyone know if you can conditional format a list of peoples names to green colour, and then when these individual names appear across each sheet, they show in this colour.

It will be good if you can upload example exactly from what you want

highlighted how I would like it, but also maybe a cluster of people with the same colour across the sheets as well. And regardless of what sheet, it goes the colour.
